Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Green Thumb Palace, we take great care in selecting and packaging every plant to ensure it arrives healthy and vibrant.

All Sales Are Final We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Cancellations Cancellations are accepted before your order has been shipped. All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details.

Plant Arrival Issues We understand that live plants can sometimes be affected during transit. If you have any concerns about the condition of your plant upon arrival, please:

Document the issue by taking video during unboxing within 2 hours of receipt.
Contact us at mayat0501@gmail.com with your photos, videos and order details.
We will review each case individually and work with you to find the best resolution.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear videos and photos. DOA claims submitted after this window cannot be honored. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Weather-Related Delays Green Thumb Palace is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping during cold or hot weather months to protect your plants in transit.
