Shipping Policy
At Green Thumb Palace, we are committed to getting your plants to you safely and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), or Puerto Rico (PR) at this time.
Shipping Days Orders are shipped every Monday and Tuesday to ensure your plants spend as little time in transit as possible and arrive fresh and healthy. Orders placed after our weekly cutoff will be held and shipped on the next available shipping day.
Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via UPS.
Shipping Options We offer the following shipping speeds:
- Standard Shipping $17 — Estimated 3–5 business days
- Express $35 — Estimated 2–3 business days
- Standard Shipping Free for over $100 and up — Estimated 3–5 business days
We strongly recommend selecting Expres during extreme hot or cold weather months to protect your plants in transit.
Year-Round Shipping We ship live plants year-round. However, during periods of extreme heat or cold, we may include heat packs or cold protection packaging to help your plants arrive safely.
Weather-Related Delays Green Thumb Palace is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. We will do our best to communicate any known delays.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
